I usually ordered for 50g and take it for 3 weeks. The effect is wonderful. I can stay up and work with high scope of work and be able to focus as I have ADHD. But imagine this, be able to focus and kinda relax at the same time? Wow... But another day I take it, take a lot due to some anxiety and personal issues but doesn't help much and even cause me too energetic to create even more anxiety and headaches. So I guess depends on what's in your head it will affect differently.
