I stumbled onto this shop on a drive up to Carefree (the shop is closer to 17) and this is a gem of a shop!
Great decor for starters, the vibe is the best I’ve seen. The bud tender (Tammy) was as good as it gets. She was very patient, she answered all of my questions, and made great suggestions and was a breath of fresh air in the ever changing toxic landscape of American negativity.
The flower was top notch, and the price was well below what other shops would charge. They also have an in house RSO that’s amazing and only $40 per gram.
They’ve also got excellent daily deals that I’ll be taking advantage of.

This is the nightmare of all med shops, and this is the perfect example of what happens when corporations take over industries. The prices go up, the quality goes down, customer service goes away and if you don’t like it, tough luck.
I’m a (would have been) first time customer, despite everyone that I know with a card warning me not to use this particular company, they call it “the Walmart of weed stores” they advertised my favorite strain for sleep, so it seemed worth the dice roll.
Friends warned me that their inventory doesn’t match what the websites say, so I called ahead to make sure, and they verified that the strain I wanted is in stock.
I knew my drive was going to be close to an hour one way (the 10 East is closed all weekend for construction, making it twice the length as normal)
I arrive, fill out paperwork, and stand in a line that was more of a free for all. What is the point of letting so many patients go to the back while others still haven’t checked out? Especially when there’s only 2 budtenders, and the one I had had limited knowledge of product at best.
And like I was told by my friends, drum roll please.....they didn’t have my strain.
The strain they verified having an hour before.
Then of course comes the salt in the wound, they try upselling me on another strain, and at double the quantity (and double the price) of what I came in for.
They weren’t even knowledgeable enough to try veering me to a similar strain that gives similar results, and this wasn’t just one employee who lacked this basic cannabis knowledge.
Also, everything that I saw here was prepackaged, meaning you can’t see or smell what you’re getting before you buy, the shop layout is terrible, very unorganized.
The jars the left contain older medicine because there was very little, if any aroma. At least switch them out once in a while!
The gal at the counter didn’t know which strains did what. I came for a specific sleep med (heavy indica) and their 50-50 hybrids, especially at much lower THC levels aren’t going to give the patient the desired result.
The employees either don’t know cannabis or they don’t care, and were just trying to get another sale.
Almost 2 hours in the car and 20 minutes in the shop only to arrive back home without medicine.
Zero stars is too generous.
At least one of their employees apologized to me, which is more that what other reviewers are saying about their nightmare experiences with this place.
My friends were right, these new corporate shops are the worst, avoid Curaleaf too, and this one felt like the Disneyland of green pharmacies, and this is not a compliment in any way.
Did pre-order over phone. I showed up and they had swapped out what I wanted with another strain. Weak bait and switch attempt. If the dL customer walks out of the door with wrong strain the customer is stuck with it. I told manager and she didn’t act surprised at all and this was right in front of a bunch of employees, who also didn’t look surprised. Avoid this place like the plague.
Awesome shop! I’m a medicinal patient in another state, here visiting and I needed a specific type of strain for my medical issues, and they took the time to learn of my symptoms before they even thought of trying to push any sale. Joshua was amazing! High quality smoke at a great price!! Great location too!! 5 stars easily!

Love this shop! Family environment, always nice, always patient, they answer every question, they’ll point you to new strains when they know it’ll help your pain. They also have the biggest/best popcorn buds of any shop I’ve been to. 5 stars!!
Excellent shop! Very knowledgeable budtender who pointed me to the correct med for my health/pain issues. Great 1st time patient deal as well. Awesone location, staff were very kind. I’ll be back for sure when I’m in the area. 5 stars!
I’d love this shop IF I could trust them, but after the RSO disaster I cannot.
They had a recall on RSO then knowing their inventory was low, they sold all remaining RSO to one guy, thus blowing up everyone else’s RSO treatment.
I moved here specifically for RSO, literally a few blocks from this shop but after this I’d rather die than give them another nickel.
I hope they rethink their recreational shop mentality, and start realizing that they have legit medical patients who’re sick.
One guy buying 60 grand of RSO helps only one guy, duh. A med shop should have a policy in place to ration until inventory is back up to par and contact patients with the info, don’t wait until they drive over, wait in line, etc... and when you contact customers to explain it also give them a plan B on RSO options at local shops.
It’s also mega insulting that after you blow up our RSO treatments, then 3 weeks later you send a text that you have a gram put back for us, at 20% off!! Woohoo!! That’s as insulting as it gets.
