They have a faulty ATM that took a lot of my money. There was another person in the store at the same time that said he used the machine and it happened to them and they were never reimbursed. This made me upset because that means they knew they had an issue and they don't care enough to rectify it. The negligence is concerning. Since then, I've had to move money around to pay for necessities and now I'm starting to catch over draft fees, which are designed to keep poor people poor. Gorilla is contributing as well. The management said they can't do anything and I needed to find more money for the items I ordered. Lack of morals and lack of care for a local customer that frequents this store almost exclusively and has MANY transactions there. I know there are new owners but this is absolutely ridiculous. They told me they will give me my money back in 24 hours. This is Day 3 and no resolution, no contact from management. They said they are going to have a different card readers soon that I wouldn't trust either. If you give them your card, it's a gamble if you're going you money/items you'd like.

Being located on the 5 freeway, I'd always see this place on my way to work. I'm so happy I finally stopped in. Everything was super clean and professional. Camerin was very helpful and patient as I asked a million questions. She's very knowledgeable. I think I'll head there now...
