Vast improvement, but extremely bummed your ending the 1/8s of shatter. I have been super excited for shatterday this week, but looks like I'll have to go elsewhere to the war zone! All good things seem to come to an end - sorry I bothered a couple of you asking about the special this week! I had not been in for several months due to a unfavorable visit of which I kept to myself; however, I tried again because of the crumble special and the service and product were both top quality. I wish I could always get this quality of crumble for such and amazing price. Good job PARC!

Second visit - last visit! Med Quality: GSC - good, but too wet! Wild Berry - actually pretty good for being on the "cheap" shelf; however, WET! Service: Pros - The security guard was professional and nice and the budtender made the right customer service call - though it was obviously painful for him! Cons - I located a coupon in a magazine that had no descriptive dates of use and/or expiration so I called and asked if it would be honored and a lady I spoke with, who had no knowledge of a coupon, stated "YES" we will take that with certain strains. That was during the middle of the week and I was unable to make it down so on Saturday I called again and spoke with a man, as it turns out the security guard, whom did not answer the phone as "Hello - this is the Security Guard speaking" - also stated it would be accepted - so I drove quite some distance only to be told by the pompous budtender that it would not be accepted. I told him I had just called and was told yes - his response was "well you talked with our security guard and he doesn't know - you should have asked for one of us". How the hell is someone to know who they are talking to - the guy answers the phone representing your organization and says come on down - that is your problem - that is a training issue. When I told the guy I had spoke with a woman during the week he requested her name! Whatever - the dude knew I was in the right so he made it right, but he was an asshole about it and tried to make me feel stupid. Dude - dream-on, you have no clue! Anyway - Best of Luck - per the reviews you guys are hemorrhaging right now - you had better pick it up before the competition eats you alive!

Super impressed with the meds and the customer service! Thus far I have tried SAGE (9.5/10), GDP (9/10) and OG Kush (9.25/10). I have tried both OG Kush and GDP many times; however this was my first taste of SAGE and it is absolutely amazing! Everyone I have spoken with has been very nice and professional and the prices are really awesome! I love that each strain costs the same and that tax is included in the advertised price. I will be very honest and say Bloom is my favorite dispensary in the valley; however, if you guys keep up what you are doing - it would be very hard to justify the extra mileage! Keep up the awesome work - I will absolutely be back! Thanks
