Bought a cartridge. 3 days later (and maybe 5 doses), $65 cartridge burns out. Call store a couple days after that, am told over phone I will get an exchange for a new one. Get there, they don't have 1 g in the same brand, then I pick a half gram. So to get the discount I have to buy a gram. But they didn't tell me a discount on the phone, they told me an exchange. The guy helping me was super nice, but he was all over the place with different customers and talking so fast that I didn't have a chance to process what was happening. The next thing I know, I am leaving the store with 2 half gram cartridges. Full price they should be $90 altogether. I paid $40. So my "exchange" was essentially $25 dollars less than I spent for the 1st gram. For 2 grams (1st visit and 2nd visit), I paid $105. But they took back the 1st gram and didn't exchange the same price value. So I paid $105 FOR 1 GRAM OF CONCENTRATE TAKE HOME, AND 5 PUFFS OFF ANOTHER CARTRIDGE. $105. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! We will never be shopping there again. I also was not given the option to use my name to get points for the additional purchase. You guys suck.

I have been shopping for legal cannabis for a little over a year and no matter how many shops I visit I can't find better prices. I can't even find equal pricing anywhere else. Month after month prices have beat anyone I've found in Whatcom or skagit counties. Also when I couldn't find cbd cartridges or concentrate anywhere else they still had at least a couple different cbd options available even when everyone else was dry!
