I was a frequently loyal customer, but as of today I will not be spending anymore money at this establishment. The owner obviously doesn’t care about their customers and the staff refused my request to speak to someone about it or to get an email address to send my complaints to. I highly recommend taking your business to another cannabis store. Lack of class, communication and resolve. An embarrassment to the Lake Stevens community.
