This is the only place I go now. I have been to a couple others and they seemed more like a big chain. I like Ritual because it’s more cozy. Almost like a corner store. Where they get to know everyone individually. Which I think is awesome. The people are so friendly. My questions are always answered no matter how silly. They never seemed rushed to get you out. They are just amazing!! Than you all so much!!

I love this place. Most everyone is friendly and answers any questions I have. They have been especially patient with people with this curbside pickup. I have seen some crazy things outside waiting. But they are always polite and professional.
