While my first two experiences at this particular dispensary were quite positive, my third trip was less than stellar. Simply put, the whole thing from start to finish was less than welcoming and customer service oriented. The receptionist didn’t even take the time to say hello and just stick her hand out for my ID. My bud tender also had a similar attitude and didn’t seem to want to take the time to explain the pricing.
Overall, I’m very disappointed in how I was treated. I understand that the volume of customers doesn’t lend itself to the best service every time, but it’s reasonable to expect, at least, a minimal level of customer service, which is lacking at Hana.
