I bought a dab cartridge from you guys a .5 double durbon kush, when I arrived home and it didn’t work at all, I tried it on many different battery’s of mine , I called and the lady on the phone was very rude I asked if I could get a refund or even exchange it if I bring the old one in and they dispose of it , they would not do that , very disappointed as I was very excited to use this product considering it was 70$ with tax , would not recommend this place.
