I have been a customer at Territory Dispensary Gilbert for a little while now and, I know times are hard regarding COVID, but I called in today for clarification on a 4.20 deal you're offering and spoke with Keena(?) who was very short and very rude to me. This used to be my go-to place for my meds and I've never before experienced such poor customer support from a dispensary. In fact, the reason this was my go-to dispensary was because of how friendly and sincere the employees have always been, with today's exception. Again, I understand times are tough and I am calling in on 4.20 (assumed to be uber-busy) but it is no excuse to me for such a poor experience. As a veteran and simply a human, I am no stranger to issues such as these (horrible customer experience) but I really do like this place and most of the employees I've been in contact with here. However, if this employee continues to serve such rude and unexpected service to your customers, its a really bad look when there are so many other options not far away. I hope you use this information to provide some guidance as I really do appreciate Territory and all it's done for me. However, today, as a result of my interaction with Keena over the phone, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Which is truly unfortunate given the fact that your institution is once again offering some of the best deals in the entire valley. But I am not simply paying for product. I am happy to pay a premium for the support and guidance I've come to appreciate from the industry. Support that was entirely absent today. I'll return again. My previous experiences were too good to simply close the door on Territory. But, I will specifically request each time I arrive not to be assisted by Keena. In my opinion, her performance today is in no way a reflection of the good nature and solid guidance I've come to know Territory for. I wasn't sure if this is the right place for this review so I will be copying it to anywhere else I can find that accepts dispensary reviews. Thank you, all (even Keena for the lesson) for your good work and continued support. I hope this day goes better for us all than it has started out.
