Tried to follow up with their customer service who was completely unhelpful, offered up an excuse, and told me the product I don't want or need anymore was in stock. Won't be returning here for a long time until they can sort out some of these issues.
I have had repeated issues regarding wait times here since they began stocking flower. Placed an order for a concentrate syringe this morning at 10am and at 6pm I was told my order had still not been packed and I would need to come back tomorrow. Cancelled my order and went to Surterra and walked out with similar product in less than 10 mins. In the past I've had to just walk away from my orders because the pickup line also had an hour or more long wait. I've also noticed there's rarely more than two registers open while the hallways are still completely full of waiting patients. Minimum coverage for maximum profits is a poor business model and I'm disappointed that this seems to be happening here. I prefer Trulieve's products, but I can't justify wasting hours of my day to wait for it and will continue going to Surterra until Trulieve can improve the pickup system.
