Really strange experience, I was referred to download the app by a friend for a special discount. I spent A half hour looking for the app on the Google Play store. When I couldn't find it I went into the store to scan the QR. What do you know? There was no app for the store on Google Play then asking the gentleman at the store if they could honor the deal even though I couldn't download the QR. Absolutely not. No other deal offers. No understanding, no suggestions. Just a shoulder shrug. Basically you can only get the deal currently if you have apple.... The lack of understanding or willingness to work together to figure something out is what made it seem like the customer service was not there. I ended up leaving completely empty-handed
