For me, this strain amps up current mood or emotional state I was in. Moderate/intense - It heightened what I was feeling. I’m going through a hard time in life right now; so I fought tears for about 10 min. I think I took too much at first, as as it wore down a bit, I pepped right up. I felt lively and fun.
Low and slow with Lilac Diesal. That being said the effects were not too overwhelming that you can’t breathe and work through any anxiety. Physical buzz, cerebral - effective.
