Very disappointed by my experience. I have been an extremely loyal customer to selections and have brought in countless fellow cannabis patients to spend hard earned money on your product. My card recently expired, but before it did I came in for one last visit to stock up on oil cartridges. Unfortunately one of the oil cartridges (blueberry jack) does not work. I reached out to selections in the hopes that I would be able to recover the money I spent on the product or some sort of credit on my account when my new card comes in. The manager who is excellent at his job, reached out to me and unfortunately informed me there is nothing at all he can do for me and suggested I try to consume the cannabis oil through a different method. I feel like I have been wronged by a company I have gone out of my way to bring business to and use my extensive influence in the immediate cannabis community to spread the word of your great product. I hope there is some way you can make this right for me selections, because I have done nothing but help your business every chance I get. Hopefully this isn't the way I have to remember natural selections, and hopefully in the future you find some way to be nearly as loyal to the customers who have an immense loyalty to your business.
