I had to do more dabs than I wanted to in order to get high. I do feel like it helped with my back pain and it definitely put me in a better mood after a bad day. It actually turned my mood around completely AND inspired me to get things done like: cleaning the kitchen, which I was putting off; and writing this review. I found it quite a pleasant high, just not as potent as I'd expected.
