Grateful Breath strain really poor this time. Small nugs, overly moist and squishy, smells like hay. Harvested 8-26-20 and sold on 2-26-21. This is not too shelf. What's up with this?

Tru Med is one of the top dispensaries, great flowers. However, the Sour Kush that just came out is far below the Tru Med or medical standard. It smelled like hay and was lacking in effects. To be fair this has never happened before so I am not here to bash anyone, I just think I've noticed a decline lately in quality of some strains and this was an all time low. With the Sour Kush specifically it seems like the product was cut for cure prematurely and rushed through the curing and bagged. Hence the lack of pungency and potency. I wish there was a better return policy here. It's nice you'll discount something in the future for a patient who is not satisfied, but I just think giving a new batch of flower would be better overall. I'm not saying smoke a whole bag and return it. I just mean if you open the bag and it smells not to quality and smoke a bowl and its not quality, then I wish that was owned a little more. When I have experienced that elsewhere they just exchange products. Still love you guys, just some things are slipping slightly and could be improved.
