When I got home and went through my purchase (8 items), I accidentally overlooked an item, thinking it had been forgotten. I called them and spoke with Mike, he took my information, told me he would look into it and promptly got back to me. I appreciated the fact that he went through video and assured me it was in the bag. I felt awful for my mistake! However, his customer service deserves a mention. I honestly expected to be told, it was my own fault for not checking my purchase before leaving! Thank you guys!
