I am agreeing with the fellow that stated Sunnyside is the "WalMart of Weed." It doesn't matter what time of day or how busy they are--you will end up waiting in line with 10 registers and only 3 of them staffed. I just can't comprehend or understand where the inefficiency lies. Yesterday I was second in line, and still had to wait almost 15 minutes to be served. WHAT TAKES SO LONG? The other Rockford competitor has made it so simple--why has Sunnyside made it so complicated and time-consuming? The competitor's product is in full-display, you don't have to order online, the bud-tenders don't have to wait around for a "420" or "TA", and free food/music on Wednesdays!! I always know I will be in/out within 5-10 minutes consistently. Unfortunately they don't have the selection that Sunnyside offers--so recreational users are stuck with Sunnyside's inefficient service. It's never a "quick trip" to pick up something, because even if they are slow, you'll end up waiting for some stupid reason. Sunnyside, your competitor is vamping up their buying strategy, and because product selection is the only thing holding myself and others back from dumping you, it would behoove you to figure it out soon, because you have a lot of disgruntled customers out there...
