Harvest HOC - Avondale (Med/Rec)

This location simply does not reflect other harvest locations. The first time I went in I was greeted by a security guard who wasn’t the most friendly but nothing I’d call rude . He told me to check in and go back outside. No problem . When I got called in I went into the dispensary no one was in there so I started walking towards the ATM he told me not to use the ATM till I had checked I told him no one was at the front desk and he told me to go back and wait . I was a little confused but again not an issue . After that the owner came to the front desk and we chatted and ended on a great experience. Today about a week later, was pick up day so I tried to call and put in a order for 2 grow science half ozs . The line was busy, I repeatedly called till I got to the location which was about 30 min away . Once I got there that same security guard greeted me with “do you have an order” I said no the phones are busy and I wasn’t sure if you took online orders . I figured he’d help with the online order I just needed a link or website name . But he replied with “oh if you didn’t put a order in I can’t help ya” and walked away . So i tried calling again , after about the tenth phone call it finally connected . I asked the lady for my order and explained I may not have enough on my allotment to make the purchase but my girlfriend is also a card holder and I would like to put it on who ever had enough . She said that that’s fine and it would be ready in 10 minutes. There was 4 people that I counted that were ahead of me at that time . I got back outside and the security told me “it would probably be over an hour wait sooooo” . After we waited about 20 minutes they called me back into the dispensary to pay . Thats when we found I didn’t have the allotment like I tried to explain. I told them I can switch the cards out with my girlfriend and the front desk lady agreed and gave me a ftp paper to have her fill out . She told me once she was finished to bring the paper, state Id, and her med card . Once she finished filling that out she tried to take her paperwork inside the security guard stopped her and said he would take it to her . She gave the paper to the guard and tried to give him the two cards the front desk had requested. He told her he doesn’t take cards . I tried to let him know that the front desk lady had asked for them with the paper and he cut me off and told me to calm down she will ask for the card when it’s your turn. So we got put in the back of the line . Then about 20 minutes later they called her back in to let her know she forgot to give them her two cards they had requested . So again we got put back a couple spots in line . Multiple people who got there after us were taken care of . (Locals were in and out ) he told a guy who had stepped to the side to have a cig to put it out and stand by the door because “he ain’t chasing anyone around”.
The whole experience was unprofessional all the way around . They offered a free preroll and a coupon for our next purchase. I understand it’s smart for a company to try to get you back in the doors but you should try to make the customer happy , the shake preroll that they offered on my $300 dollar purchase just doesn’t seem like they care. The owner is a great guy and the bud tenders were polite . However, we waited an hour and some change for a preordered, prepackaged oz . At least we had that wonderful security guard to keep us company for the long wait . Again I haven’t seen this disorganization at any other harvest location . Again I do appreciate the two bud tenders and owner they were very nice . Good people (excluding security) but long waits . Don’t believe 10 minutes.
