placed an on-line order only to arrive hours later to find they sold out of the item I came for. a call, text or email would have been nice

loved their jenny kush but when I called to get information about a current batch I was told it's against the law to tell me. I make a long trip to get to this dispensary when I have enough money, a little information is not too much to ask. being too busy would be a fine reply but to lie and say his laziness is due to a law is ridiculous. I didn't know if he was that stupid or he thought I was. to his credit he wasn't rude, just not helpful

I've been smoking flower for 50 years and just learned something new! great budtenders.

in the last 2 days I've had 3 orders either canceled with no reason given or filled with the wrong strain. I've also learned that Harvest absolutely hates leafly. they also have a system that is dysfunctional and allows the dim employees to sell medicine that was already ordered by someone else. this is the place to shop if aggravation is your kink.

I had great service from the bud tenders. They were friendly and I learned something. Skyler was awesome.

lots of employees doing nothing. left me waiting forever while they played grab ass. they don't honor the 2nd visit as a bogo. don't waste your time.

don't buy the pre-rolls. simple lesson.....when you light the big end and suck on the little end, smoke is supposed to come out. these don't do that. otherwise, great people and a nice store. please fix it!

best prices on pot in the city. could be better if customers were masks.
