I just had the worst experience at this dispensary. Enough to make me never want to go back to be completely honest. I Placed an online order, however I never received email confirmation, which I thought was strange, I go to pick up my order and apparently no one can find it?... the lady directly next to me at the counter was having the same exact issue so the employee directs me to just re order at the kiosk, and upon doing so I find that none of what I originally ordered was available at this point. So the manager comes out and offers me a percentage offf. I ask if he can just price match it for me since #1 it was not my fault. #2 i was CLEARY not the only person experiencing this issue with THEIR system?. The manager refused to help me further despite the OBVIOUS system issue. They made me feel really stupid and embarrassed cause I had to sit there for almost 20 mins holding up the line to eventually not resolve anything. They displayed HORRIBLE customer service. Honestly Made me regret not heading the other direction and going to the apothecareum in lodi. They have price matched and or fixed every error or issue I have ever had, & with a smile! I left rise in Bloomfield feeling like I just Got played. That isn't how you treat customers, it's 2023, we have options on where to purchase our cannabis and it's become clear that rise will no longer be an option for me. My business will remain at the apothecareum $$. 👎🏽 shame on rise for this lack of customer service and overall empathy for a malfunction on THEIR side. Today you lost a customer.
