Inarguably the best deals in town! Of all the spots that have offered $10 grams, Encanto has been the most consistent in terms of quality and variety. Initially, the wait was less than can be desired, though they seemed to have remedied that situation. Now, if only they they can be pioneers in the sense of being the first Phoenix dispensary to provide an adequate bicycle rack.
