Bloom was one of the first dispensaries I ever stepped foot into in Arizona and it was great. That was nearly 2 years ago and now the Bloom experience is a horrible nightmare! As soon as you enter you'll most likely find people standing around with expressionless faces. You walk up to an employee and are instantly asked for your card and then asked to wait or sit for 10 seconds before being called back up to "express order". Next, you sit again in a tiny white room with 15 more expressionless faces and wait for someone to scream your name through bullet-proof glass. This place has the environment similar to a public assistance office or MVD. Employees seem disconnected and overworked. The quality of product was once great but now has the smell of hay, the flavor of garbage and the effects of shwag brick weed. Something needs to change. You spent all this time and energy to open a dispensary like this?? No positive vibes here, zero. Just because it's $10 a gram doesn't mean its worth it. Stop taking advantage of low income, uneducated cannabis patients.

Really low quality that matches the low price.

Great quality trees most of the time. Be patient, look and smell each strain before selecting. Avoid choosing a strain based on popular strain names so you're not disappointed. I've had more positive experiences here than negative. Clean, safe, legal establishment!Cheers!
