Bloom Phoenix was the first dispensary experience with a brand new "card." I have to say the staff was by far more knowledgeable than those at any other place I have visited since. Prices were nominal, about what I expected. Sure like that free 1/8th ounce for the first visit! The only drawback for me is that this dispensary is located in an industrial area, locally recognized as being in the seedier part of town (no pun intended.)
