Went today, was told by a pompous, arrogant security person that I could not get my “medicine” without my NY State approval letter. I told them I’d been coming there for nearly a year, I’d provided my letter the first time , they recorded it and never asked for it upon subsequent visits for purchase. I showed them my NY State card and the container from my last purchase, which contained detailed information. I told them the problem was with their lousy computer systems and not me; the guy told me told to go through my old emails and try to find the letter. The WiFi sucked and I couldn’t do it. How on earth do you treat customers like this? It’s a pain to spend all the time getting there, then having to wait outside and be subjected to this arrogance/incompetence.
