If you plan a online order, Do not go after 8 30 pm on the weekend if you need it to be fast., employees decide to stop online early these days without any message on their site, leafly , or in store. Not even in the text after you confirmed online order. They take the drawers early to count $$ i guess but if you say everywhere that your online is till 10 , thats what i expect. Also seems like something the employees do to leave asap. Which i get noone wants to work but , if counting after close is part of the job…. Don’t inconvenience your customers cause of it. So if you get an online order and can make it till later youll be stuck in the long ass line. Which is made alot better if the employees act like they give care about our time. Which the 4 employees i told about having an online order did not give a crap cause theres no different lines or online is priority. . .. main take away. Shit online service. Go if youve got time.
