My first review for Berkley. It would be nice if you notify customers ahead of time of you plan to open later or close earlier. Some people drive a distance. Not only that, orders were accepted as if you were actually open at that time. You had customers walking from door to door trying to find out what’s going on. A note on the door would have been nice. Poor customer service.

Columbian Gold should be removed from the menu if it’s out of stock —I’ve come twice and was given an alternative. The first time I wasn’t told the CG was unavailable...but my alternative exceeded expectations. Yesterday, the curbside guy told me CG was out of stock and I was given the alternative Funfetti. I asked him was it comparable and he said “yes, probably better”. It’s a no for me. Didn’t like the alternative...at all. Usually, you all are on point with recommendations but this time not so much.
