I have been going to swell for a while , I’m two years into having my card. Today I went and bought some concentrate and a cartridge and a pack of their 5 prerolls for 20 bucks . (I get that they are cheap so you get what you pay for but read the rest , it’s truly self explanatory) Smoked a preroll and thought to myself “funky taste, ehh the guy said it was mixed “ Couple hours later wanted to smoke a bowl , Broke down just a tip of one into my glass and 7 stems fall right out ? I had to pour it back into my hands to pick them all out . You give house blend prerolls for first time patients , on your “75 dollar plus wheel spin “ , you sell them and on your “loyalty” points but you can not take a little extra time taking out stems of a bucket full of grinded up flower .I am not looking forward to breaking down the rest of this one and the 3 others I have left. Even with the stems taken out still tasted bad , disappointed . Cartridge was good tho , but that’s about it. :(

This used to be my favorite place to go but have found out that my favorite budtender that I have been going to for over a year plus is no longer with them. Time to find a new place

Stumbled upon this little gem. EVERYONE was awsome ! From Maria who checked me in , to Devin who showed me around , to Alec for checking me out and for Amy suggesting the house blend Preroll. Great bud, great service ! Why wouldn’t I come back ? Lol

Customer service absolutely horrible just as bad as the product. Came in here , bought their “live resin” cartridges , it was like sucking on a stick and also wasn’t live resin at all . Called them up and explained situation , they told me to come in . So I drive alll the way back there and one of the staff went outside and “tested” my cartridge he comes in and agrees with me that it is bad product then gets a manager . Manager comes out and tells me right away, “there is nothing I can do “ I am just sitting there blown away , been all over this valley , including Vegas and washington this is the worse customer service and product I have everr had , by farrr also my first ever bad review . Sometimes it’s okay if the product isn’t amazing as long as customer service is good but when both are horrible . Well damn is all I have to say .

Kiki was my bud tender, She was very informative and told and explained things to me I didn’t know myself. We picked out some amazing bud, I appreciate the top notch customer service !

As soon as you walk in , you think very fancy . They check you in as a new patient that’s very nice and bud tender was awsome thanks John John and bud was superb . Will be back

As soon as you walk in you get big smile’s everyone’s very helpful and down to earth! Chelsea and Kari were my budtenders , I have been to many shops from az, Las Vegas , and even Washington and this would be my first review ever so that is saying a lot . Great bud , and amazing concentrates ! Thanks you guys , see you next week !
