First & last time in! I was so excited to find a recreational shop close to home. The girl at the counter dismissed me when I tried to engage with her & intensely tried to upsell. I work in Sales and this was a disappointing experience. Part of upselling is engaging with your customer base in authentic ways that allow for natural marketing to occur.
