They lie on their online menu updates. When you look at the menu after work, it will say “Updated 20 mins ago” but when you go in they won’t have anything advertised and will try to sell you something 3x the price of what you ask for. For example, I’m not a huge smoker so I get an oz of shake for 30$ to make my own butter. They advertise 5 different strains of shake on their “updated” menu, but don’t have any when I asked for the lineup and they suggested I get a full pre packed oz of flower for 90. They use shady tactics to get you in, and heavy sell pressure on the exact opposite of what you ask for. Not to mention you waste 30 mins in the lobby waiting for a product they have advertised. Lazy management. Avoid Lightshade.

6 months later, still no medical flower. But every time you go in, it’s “next week” “oh yeah, all kinds of new things, new week” This is the most unprofessional place in Colorado. No honesty. They should of told medical patients they were not gonna have medical flower for 6 months instead of leading us on. What a joke, staff and ownership. Must be doing something illegal like Sweetleaf got caught doing. Medical patients, go somewhere who will be honest and loyal to their members.

This place is a joke. No medical flower for 4 months now!! Wtf did I sign over my plants for if we can’t get our medicine?! Do t waste your time here if you’re medical. They don’t care about their patients.
