Don't be put off by the out-of-the-way location. This is an excellent dispensary with top-quality strains and a professional atmosphere. Perhaps one of the best in the state! We stopped by yesterday morning to pick up some indicas and had a nice chat with Kim about their strains and learned that all of their strains are grown on site and without pesticides or additional chemicals–purely organic. The buds showed it: enormous nugs that are dense and covered with trichomes. We picked up some Grape Ape and a few other strains. So far, we've only tested the Grape Ape but it is incredible: a mellow body high with no drowsiness, and a smooth smoke with a sweet flavor. It is labeled as "Transcendental" and we found that to be perfectly accurate: a thinking and relaxing indica, rather than a sledgehammer. An excellent, potent, evening strain, like a good cocktail–hats off to the growers and cultivators. L'Eagle has a relaxed atmosphere (downtempo grunge music was playing yesterday morning), friendly service, and excellent product. If you are only interested in huge quantities at low prices and don't care about quality, this is probably not the place for you. If you are willing to spend a little more to get some truly excellent strains, we highly recommend L'Eagle. We will be shopping there again when we pass through Denver.
