Was in there yesterday and asked if they would match a competitors discount program. I was immediately told “we don’t do that” by the budtender. I explained both dispensaries are an hour from me, and an extra 10% (20% total) adds up when you spend $200 a visit. He restated “we don’t do that” and just stared at me. I asked if he could see, and he said “okay, but we don’t do that.” He passed me off to another budtender, returned after a couple minutes, repeated his line, and walked off. Right after, a blonde hair lady I’m assuming was a manager, came out of the office smirking at me like I was a POS. I am not upset about the match and understand the market is currently on the suppliers side. The blatant lack of customer service and respect bothers me. I will be going to Clinton for my needs in the future.
