Trulieve - Stuart

Even though I considered Trulieve one of the most consistent dispensaries in my area, one thing bother me ever since I started shopping there. Trulieve play with the flower content/percentages for marketing purposes. This marketing practice goes completely against the principle of medicinal purpose cannabis in the state of Florida. When was the last time you pick up a prescription at Walgreens, to find out what they sold you did not have the claimed dosage? Pretty much NEVER!
Just yesterday, I placed an order for Pineapple Upside-down Cake flower that was been advertised with 32% THC content. When I went to pick it up, I was asked: "What percentage THC you thought this strain have (Pineapple Upside-down Cake)?" When I answered over 30%, I was told: "Oh no it's 17%, we got the wrong batch, we did not get the batch that is 32%." This is not only deceptive, but a flat out lie and a misleading marketing practice. Well, guess what is in the menu again today? You are right, it's still advertised at 32% this morning. That kind of mistake should be corrected on the spot, especially when you are dealing with MEDICINE that will make or break someone's day and will affect their health. Any traditional Pharma dispensary would have to cough "mucho" cash if they pull a trick like this one. Meanwhile real cannabis patients suffer the consequences of unscrupulous companies like Trulieve.
