I came in looking for concentrates, waited 15 minutes in an empty shop and nobody came out to help me. Then after a lady finally came to take my order, they went to the back and didn’t come back for another 15 minutes. I was supposed to get a buy one get one 50% off. When they returned they didn’t have any of the concentrates that I had ordered and said they didn’t actually have the discount. After downgrading my order they went to the back for another 15 minutes and came back with everything packaged up. When I was paying they told me they didn’t have the stuff that I ordered again! On top of that, they said the live resin batter I ordered was now sugar and still charged me the same price. When I got home, all of the concentrates were rock hard and not fresh at all.

Came in because I was in the area, saw they accepted debit cards! Debit card machine didn’t work. Strange waiting area, and pretty weird for first time - also their first time patient discount isn’t great. I got a syringe that was supposed to be $30 according to their menu on leafly but it was actually $45. I’d rather just go somewhere else tbh
