I do not recommend GRASSP at all- AWFUL customer service. I have had issues with ordering in the past with their promo codes not working and always have to message their customer service so I’ve never had a smooth experience with them yet. Then yesterday, I placed an order at 5:30pm and again had an issue with a promo code that they had to manually correct after I contacted customer service, before my order finally went through. Once they received the order I got a confirmation text that my order was scheduled for delivery in the evening. I waited, stuck at home, 3 hours and never heard anything from them and nothing was delivered, so I texted their customer service number and they needed to “check on my order”. They proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have time to deliver my order and wanted to deliver it the following day (today) instead, which it was now almost 9pm and all walk in dispensaries in my area were closed. I was very upset and asked them why they did not notify me that they screwed up their scheduling for the evening as I could have just went elsewhere to receive my medicine. They then said they were low on drivers and that was actually the issue- didn’t answer my question. I then proceeded to screenshot their policy (which they texted to me when they received my order- it came with my confirmation text) that if any changes needed to be made to my delivery time, which was scheduled for the evening, that I would be contacted- which they never did. I sent them a copy and they had no explanation to give me other than they are short on drivers and said that they had “just” figured out the final driving schedule and that is when they contacted me... I had to remind them that they DID NOT CONTACT ME, I had to contact them because I sat there waiting for 3 hours and it was getting close to 9pm. They were just filled with excuses, couldn’t keep their stories straight, exhibited horrible customer service, did nothing to rectify the situation, and we’re just plain lazy and unprofessional in dealing with the issue. If they couldn’t make the delivery after I placed the order last night due to a staff shortage, that would have been totally fine if they would have notified me in a timely manner, so I would have had time to get my medicine elsewhere before all other places closed- I would have been completely understanding. Instead, they never even messaged me and when comfronted with their error, did not want to deal with it and just made excuses for dropping the ball. I took screenshots of everything. Very unprofessional service and I would not recommend them.

I had a great first experience here! Everyone was so welcoming and full of information to help me out. Definitely going back!
