Very disappointing visit. Been dedicating my dollars to this fine establishment for many years now. And, they've always taken care of me and I've always give back to the workers there.
However, I was put a back by what just occurred. I had purchased a cartridge on Saturday and started using it today worked for a very short while and would not work no more. I tried it in three other battery's all I get is blinking lights no sizzle or smoke. So I jumped in the car to exchange it. I do this since the kind sales person that sold it to me told "Don't forget your receipt just incase you have an issue with your cartridge.
I arrive at the store on the Division an present the sales person with my issue. At this point it all goes side ways. First, i give the cartridge to the sales person they then insist on testing out. Ok sure how are you going to do that. The Sales person proceeds to attach it to their battary and try to test to see if if it working. They then proceed to bring the device up to the lips to either blow or suck on the little whole. When this doe snot work for them. They go out side like that is going to make a difference. When they return from the trip outside I am told it's working. And, to come outside and and try and hit on it to see that it works.
This is when the lights went off. First, the person has been handling the cartridge very closely. Second, When I point out that I'm not interested in trying since YOU KNOW COVID. They rush back inside to get an achol prep pad to wipe down the devices. I explain my issue with the whole process, but I am told unless I can prove it broken there's nothing they can do for me. Really, that's what I get. What a bloody bummer. Now, I'm here with 1grm of happiness that is just that and not smokable.
The last question I asked was why did your sales person tell me to save the receipt if I can't this was the outcome. The response was "Good question"
