Clickbait. Both locations advertise a menu inventory but never have it in stock when it comes to Sativa flower. They no longer offer online orders but rather force people to visit the dispensary wearing a mask regardless of one health conditions. Oh and I found a syringe in the parking lot.

First time to this location I had a pickup order all ready! Excellent friendly professional service.

Excellent, The staff at Nirvana is Top Shelf as well as their products! Specifically, I need to thank one particular Supervisor, Shalena who went above and beyond my expectations. I made an error and Shalena listened to me, understood my problem and resolved it quickly. This was something she did not have to take upon herself but as she explained to me, "Our customers are most important to our business." So thank you again Sharlena for your dedication to your patients, your professionalism and the respect you've shown me! Always high quality flower! Great customer service! Very fair pricing! All these factors, along with others, like a quality Supervisor like Shalena make Nirvana my favorite dispensary!

The budtenders here are really good. I've been to so many dispensaries, asking so many questions, trusting their opinions based on experience ... but how many times was I lied to just to move a product line or slow seller can't be counted. My last visit was a while ago but my bartender, Karen listened to me, heard what I was saying and provided me with options and not a forced or "highly recommended " offer. She answered all my questions, took her time and really made Encanto my go to!

I would hardly call these meds "Top Shelf" that's not to say it bad either. The selection is very limited, but it's the price that gets everyone coming back. That's the reason for my 2 star on Quality. Atmosphere ... there's a couch and if one guy works he'll bring in a TV but it's for his viewing. LoL, there is no atmosphere. Service, ahhh, the girls are sweet but nobody there really knows the product. None the less, they are very polite and as helpful as they can be. Bring exact cash for all donations.
