I have been going to H.C since I moved to Portland several months ago, and they are a friendly group of people! I never feel embarrassed having to ask a question, show them my ID ((The sex marker does not match my gender)) , or recommendations on products. They have a diverse team working on staff. Depending on what time you go, it is never more than a 5-10 minute wait to get in for us. If you have a problem with a product/ cartridge, they will see if its defective and show you what to do. H.C has good prices and during March madness had $1 pre rolls and 1 penny medical rolls, which was awesome! Plus the FREE STICKERS!! lol The only con is the location is kinda tucked away, you might miss the turn if you're not looking, it's next to an Adam and Eve and a Gambling place, but other than that, everything is super awesome!

Chalice Farms Recreational Weed Dispensary - Tigard

Overall: Chalice has a nice waiting room with complimentary water/tea, and menus while you wait. There prices are a little more considering that it is near the Sherwood area. The bud tenders nice and are really dedicated to helping and answering any questions. This dispensary strikes me as a place suitable for people over 25, but generally more suited towards the elderly or card holders who strictly want just medical grade marijuana for pain ((as opposed to the "Baddiewinkle" grade grand-stoners.)) **I actually ran into a little snag with Chalice upon my first time being in, on a Friday, they were SUPER-busy. They put the products in the bag and handed them to us. I purchased 2 pre-rolls and a chartridge, however, when I got home and took it out of the safety bag, I was about ready to leave a smoldering review on google upon noticing that there was not a cartridge included inside the tube. I went back on FRIDAY and management had already left. ((I drove to my usual dispensary and my Father had to fork over another 50$ for a cartridge.)) This particular cartridge came already packaged in the tub like that, and after bringing it to the attention of the manager and staff, they submitted it to headquarters and told me they would get back to me on either tuesday or wednesday. Wednesday hits, and I decided to go back to Chalice to to speak directly to the manager, who after a few moments, and calling corporate, got the O-K to reimburse my father and I with store credit. Thank you management for fixing it! Mistakes happen and I am glad the Manager gave us reimbursement, but it took 6 days to fix. Would still go to chalice for the conveyance being that it is so close. -PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ANY PURCHASES BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!
