I placed a medical pickup order when I got to the store it had incorrect items in it that were not on my order. when I drew his attention to this. He went to go look for the item and then said that they don't have that item in their system.It was vapen gummies. The bud tender then told me he didn't like my attitude and grinned. After I paid for my items, I asked to speak with a manager politely. He told me to go out front and wait. So I did. The manager came out, and she was courteous and apologetic and assured me that this would be passed along to her GM.

July 6th I went to get my pickup order. Nirvana has changed how they do pickups. You are packed into the tiny lobby like cattle to slaughter hardly room to breathe. then when you get up to the bullet proof glass you can't understand or hear them till they turn on loud speaker and blast across the lobby what you got and the cost. Not cool Nirvana I go there to get my meds and would love some moderate privacy.

Deals so good I drive a 100 miles to get here.
