"These Grenaches Tried to steal my Xmas Joy! They took my money"
I placed an order Dec 23rd: It took almost 3 days for the order to be delivered! 2 items were missing from my order. I took 3 more days to get a response about the missing items. I took a $20 credit for the missing items! That Was A HUGE Mistake! It is now going on 2 weeks and I've tried unsuccessfully to use the credit on 2 separate orders with no luck! I've filed multiple Tickets and made over a dozen calls to customer service with NO response. It's clear that Good Trees Roots have Rotted!
