Verilife - North Aurora (Medical)

I enjoyed being a customer with Pharmacannis/Verilife at the North Aurora dispensary for over 3 years. The service was excellent, until you chose to make the dispensary dual medical/recreational. Me and many other patients here have expressed that it has been made clear by the way you've handled your business that your priority is on recreational customers, rather than the patients who have been loyal customers helping to build your business over the past several years. Our selection is severely reduced, and even with preorders we have to wait sometimes over an hour after it's filled to get to a register, since you've decided to give all but one register over for recreational business. We watch as 30-40 recreational customers are checked out before we're taken back. We also have to show our medical cards three times just to enter the building. I have really enjoyed your employees service, they are all very good and I will miss them. Several have stated their feedback from patients isn't considered seriously by the company.
Within the next month I will be switching to a non-Verilife dispensary due to the way your company has handled the switch to recreational business. I am also planning to send a letter to the state informing them of how marijuana patients have suffered due to allowing medical dispensaries to also do business in recreational sales.
