I have been going to Red Barn since the day they opened and have had good experiences until today. I order online so I can look at the contents of the strain and I’m retired on a fixed income so only have X amount to spend on flower each month so am looking for the best bang for my buck so to speak. I ordered online today, a full ounce, received the price from the order but when I get there.....
1. It’s not ready but it had been within the hour, however when I walked in there were no customers and at least 4 people working.
2. The THC and CBD content were way different than online.
3. The price was incorrect at a full $25.00 more per ounce. AFTER IT HAD ALREADY QUOTED ME A PRICE WITH MY ORDER!
4. Manager on duty would not honor the price even though he could go look it up himself and see what I saw!!!!! Said it wasn’t their website but Leafly’s. However the website said it had just been updated 4 minutes before I logged on. He did offer me a 10% off card but big deal I can get 10% off everyday on happy hour and all day Fridays!!!
