The staff have always been helpful and friendly to me I have been helped by many Budtenders never had a bad experience with anyone at nu Era Mike is a good down to earth honest and knows his bud also I've been helped by Kaylee , Riley they're just sweethearts always happy and happy to see me and get me what I need for pain I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair all the staff are always there to open the door for me that says alot for the kind of business they are

Michael is very helpful and friendly as is all the others I've worked with like Kaylee she is a sweetheart all the employees are courteous to me I'm paralyzed and there always there to get the door open for me since I'm in a wheelchair they give me extra help thankful for this
