The woman at the front desk, was answering phones in addition to checking people in. I waited 10 minutes in a tiny box room with a line. Overall, not to comfortable. However, the product is and staff are excellent. And I was very impressed with the fact that they gave out a free ginder or one hitter with 5 items to donate to Veterans for Thanksgiving. Wow.
