When placing an order for delivery at 12:48 pm and it doesn’t arrive until after 9:00 pm when you were in the 2:30 -6:30 drop off window is wrong. Also, that manager telling me that it’s my fault because I talked to the pre order specialist who called me and told me my order was on the shelf ready for delivery. How is it my fault when I don’t work there. I placed my order and expected the weed to get here in the time a lot I selected. Wil never give my money to this dispensary again, and am definitely reporting the staff at Phoenix location to HR. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
