Supurb Delivery

First time using a delivery service and probably never will again. Scheduled a delivery between 12-1pm. 1pm rolls around with no delivery and no contact. I scout their site because my order says “packaged” and I don’t know what that means. I don’t know if the driver will come up to the house or text me like an uber. The site’s FAQ section had nothing on what to do if your driver doesn’t show up or the procedure for meeting the driver (do you need to be outside? Does the driver need to see your ID? Etc.) So I send an email. About 15 minutes go by and I think surely email isn’t the best way to contact them but the site has no other way to reach them. So I go to Facebook messenger. It automatically responds telling me to call them. I do. The man says they were short drivers and someone should have called me but somehow I fell through the cracks. He was very helpful in all my other questions though. I’m told the driver just left the dispensary. At 1:20. The dispensary is 25 minutes away. My delivery was set for the latest 1pm. I can’t even remark on the quality cause it’s not here yet. So... yeah. Won’t be using them again...
