This is my son's go to place. Always friendly and efficient. Will provide with suggestions and recommendations. They are always pleasant and helpful. Never had a bad experience with staff or products from BASK

The only complaint I have is that I am my sons caregiver fornhis medical purposes. Which he needs btw. I've been there few times and was let in with my letter 3 times. Went there yesterday to pick up order I had out in for my son and waited in line of cars for over half an hour to be told that we could not go in. My son was with me this time and has his medical card but he forgot his ID, I had my license and my caregiver letter, and the same security guard who has let us in 2 other times would not let us in. I dont feel that was a proper way to treat us. Otherwise everyone inside has always been the best help
