These guys are the most helpful that I have come across. Happy to answer all of your questions. They always have lots of people working so you don't have to wait very long..... if at all! HIGHly recommend them!

I have shopped at this place for over 3 years. I bought two cartridges in there 16 days ago. When I went to use the second cartridge, it didn't work. When I would place it on a battery, the battery light would just flash and it wouldn't work. I tried several different batteries all with the same result. On my next trip out there, (I was driving 25 minutes each way for years as a loyal customer), I took the cartridge in with me. It was still in the original packaging with their patient sticker on it. I told the guy the problem and asked if I could just get an exchange. He called for someone to come and take a look at it. That is when I met Marty.... she took the cartridge into the back room and came back a couple minutes later and said "yep it is defective". She asked when I bought it and I told her that I bought it on my last trip in. She looked in the computer and said "you haven't been here for a long time. February 22nd was your last time in" (16 days ago). She continued to tell me that they have a 7 day return policy and I was out of luck. I explained to her that it costed $60 and being disabled and drawing Social Security it was a lot of $$. I told her that I didn't get a receipt or a privacy bag, they just handed it to me over the counter and how would I know about a 7 day return policy? She continued to tell me "sorry!" I asked to speak to the manager and she threw her hand across the counter to shake my hand and said " I am the manager and would be happy to help you with anything I can". She said it in the most condescending tone. I told her I had been a customer for many years and spend a lot of $$ in here. She stated that "it didn't matter". I asked her if she was willing to lose a good customer over this and she said "yep!" I am appalled.... what happened to customer service? I buy a $60 item that is defective and you won't exchange it for me 16 days later? That is just unacceptable to me. It is really sad how they choose to treat a medical patient on a fixed income...😡😪 DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE THAT COULD POSSIBLY BE DEFECTIVE OR YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN AND OUT THE $$.
