Visiting this place is a priority for those that know and want good flower. Actually, most everything they do is of the highest quality and care.
Prices are slightly obnoxious, but you go to three star restaurant, pay three star prices. At Calyxes, its worth every penny. Green Bodhi is, in my opinion, one of the best growers serving the Portland community.
I dig the set up too. I've only came once, but i would recommend this place to anyone. I don't live in the area. I do wish they'd carry their clones with greater frequency! I would love to buy some if they had a better selection and availability.

Must-visit for the connoisseurs. If you're familiar with the marijuana growing community, Crockett family farms should mean something to you. DNA genetics should mean something. River City is a part of that circle.
The staff could be snobs (they're not), and sold out a cave (its kind of cave-ish), and I would still come back again and again. This place offers great unique, high quality flowers.
This place is priced very fairly too, which we may have to thank for its less than prime location.
Now only if they would sell their clones too.....

I like this place. Considering its in a great downtown location, the prices are very fair. I like the staff here too, they friendly and eager to guide your experience.
Their selection is also good. If you were to come here on occasions it would be fine. For a tourist, this place is excellent. You'll find some good stuff at a decent price.
As a local, their menu is rather stagnant. I do wish they had a better rotation of strains, concentrates, and cartridges.
Other than that, you could do worse. Rose City is reliable.

Its all true. Its really expensive here. Like scary, "FEDs been cracking down," prices.
But in inner portland, this place is the prime grade. Michelin star this place, give them all three. This place is the place to visit for the tourist connoisseur. Just bring that disposable vacation money with you too.
And its sold in a very beautiful and open environment. High marks for aesthetics.
Reduced marks for flow and efficiency. The wait can be long, and things are spread out all over and even the way they bag things with their binder full of stickers is inefficient.
Service is good enough, I feel like the staff is overtaxed. They seem stressed and nice but in a nervous and frankly, fake way.
But the bud is so good. I would say its a must-visit if you enjoy the finer things.

If you're around the area, its worth checking out. They got a good selection at good prices.

Everyone is so nice on Leafly, five stars is like candy on halloween. Leafly reviews carry no weight.
Cmon, this place is OK. Its fair. They got a good selection, but you bet you gonna pay for it. I come here occasionally when I want Green Bodhi's awesome weed. This place is one of the few that carry their stuff. If you dont mind a drive, Calyxes is where its at for green bodhi.
The set up is lazy, but the staff is great. I even like the owner and the managers. They're good peoples, I got no hate for them. But whats real is real. And you guys real expensive and not real pretty.
Come back down to Earth, Happy Leaf, you buy reviews for a joint. Your shake joints..... places give them for free on first visits. Just saying.

Good shop. This place is the junction of a well-run business, clear and clean design, good customer service, and good product. Though, I don't frequent this place as often as others, I know a good spot when I see it.
This place is an iPhone. Some people will say other phones are better, but the experience is easy and undeniably appealing.
If forced to criticize, this place is could use some more aesthetics, but I would only say this at gunpoint. If you said this place sucks and you'd fight me with your fist, its on baby!
Silver Stem Drive-Thru | Portland Hayden Island

You will be hard pressed to find better customer service and general good vibes greater than Silver Stem. My honest assessment is that they are the #1 spot in Portland for customer experience, and I went to basically all of them.
They have good prices because they have deals all the time. If they aren't having a deal, just laugh and go buy a lotto because both things have an one in a million chance. Even without the deals, they have affordable options.
If to critique, I would have to say the selection is where it is lacking. They get the occasional dankness for sure, but for my connoisseur friends, this is not the finery. I've talked to these guys, and they got roots in Colorado. They said they are working on getting their own genetics out here. That would be Godsend, because this place is an excellent little shop. I would never leave.
They are like pizza: comforting, enjoyable, inexpensive, not steak and lobster. Or quinoa, or whatever bougie vegans eat. Truffles maybe?

Setup is basic, lots of space not used creatively. No eye for design. It does well enough for what needs doing. It passes.
Service aint bad, its easy to tell the staff cares about their job. Theres plenty of other places that offer worse experiences.
But yo.. they got that East Coast Sour DDDDD!! West coast king of OGs and cookies, but east coast about that SD, specifically my hometown, NYC (don't get tricked by NYC diesel, thats not SD). If anyone has AJ's sour diesel, ask how much they have and consider buying all of it.
So thats Nectar for you: They get them good cuts, they got them fine herbs. All sold out of those ugly ass doors. You will absolutely find something you like here in an affordable price range. For example, the aforementioned ECSD is at $35 1/8th pre-tax. Not bomb pricing, but its that good shit.
Take your time and find what you like here. Blame their poor design if you would like a minute. Man, do they have a a lot of stuff here. You will find what you want, and much more, buried somewhere here.
Maybe its nectar for ya, all of them operate in a, somewhat, clunky fashion. They would really benefit from having someone with a keen eye for the end-user experience and skills in opening/operating multiple stores. Either hire someone or the bosses have been holding on too tight, and stifling the talents of their staff, because I feel the whole nectar family could be the PREMIER dispensaries in Oregon, but it is missing something.
But other than being ugly, this place totally ROCKS. These boys making money hands over fist slanging that good shit out those ugly doors. Millionaires don't care much about opinions.
