Harvest HOC – Tucson – Blenman-Elm (Med/Rec)

I have been shopping at harvest for the last few years. You can always rely on them for quality name brand products and affordable house flower. Today was a strange day though, it was different. I went to harvest with a complaint about 2 pod batteries that had given out on me after a short period of time. They were very nice about figuring out what the issue was . Upon realizing it was a faulty product, they checked my purchase history, verified my purchase, then replaced the product. The managers were very polite and easy going. When i got home i realized the new battery they gave me was also faulty. They replaced that one too. When i got home again, i realized the 3rd battery was giving me issues as well. I went back to Harvest and we concluded that it might be the pod itself that was the issue, so they replaced the pod. This time, it was the charm. They also gave me a free pre roll of Hi-Tech by Grandiflora which was astonishingly tasty and potent . While the situation itself was redundant, it was handled well. The waits sometimes are long, but you can tell employees are just trying to provide everyone with good service .
