I have been shopping at harvest for the last few years. You can always rely on them for quality name brand products and affordable house flower. Today was a strange day though, it was different. I went to harvest with a complaint about 2 pod batteries that had given out on me after a short period of time. They were very nice about figuring out what the issue was . Upon realizing it was a faulty product, they checked my purchase history, verified my purchase, then replaced the product. The managers were very polite and easy going. When i got home i realized the new battery they gave me was also faulty. They replaced that one too. When i got home again, i realized the 3rd battery was giving me issues as well. I went back to Harvest and we concluded that it might be the pod itself that was the issue, so they replaced the pod. This time, it was the charm. They also gave me a free pre roll of Hi-Tech by Grandiflora which was astonishingly tasty and potent . While the situation itself was redundant, it was handled well. The waits sometimes are long, but you can tell employees are just trying to provide everyone with good service .

This dispensary has the best deli flower in town. The staff is always friendly and have you in and out swiftly. It's a pleasure shopping with them, even when the lines were all the way to QuikTrip they managed to be patient and have every one taken care of as quickly as possible . Great job Earth's healing .

D2 Dispensary Downtown Cannabis Gallery

I have shopped with downtown dispensary for several years, from the start of the legalization of marijuana to the 2020 new generation acceptance of marijuana. Downtown dispensary has always had quality flower, that cannot be argued. However, the arrogance of the employees only becomes bigger as times passes. Before, d2d would do everything they could to get people to shop and come back. Now, the attitude is more of a, "you need us" , type of deal . As i entered the dispensary, i was excited to see only 1 or 2 people ahead of me. My "order is ready" text had landed about 40 minutes ago, so i was ready to be in and out. I noticed at least 3-5 employees in the back . One came out, took the order for the lady in front of me, (overheard she asked for maybe 2 items ). Another 10-15 minutes passed and nothing. Finally, someone came out. But this time , it was a different employee, taking the order of a lady the came in AFTER me . Another 5-7 minutes passed and no one came out. Overall it was maybe a 15-20 minute wait, but the fact that their was at least 4 employees and only 3 customers waiting for 15 minutes plus was shameful. The employees had no sense of urgency, almost as if they themselves were too medicated to function properly and get customers in and out . I asked the receptionist if i could cancel my order, she seemed annoyed with my request but did nothing to find out what the problem was . When i told her they should be a little more motivated and ashamed of their slow pace, he/she told me to not come back. He/she did nothing to find out what the problem was, he/she did nothing to try to de escalate the situation. I was simply told to leave and not come back for expressing my opinion. Truly disgusted and sad tonight, i have no medication and was banned for speaking what everyone had on their mind. Congrats , you guys won this one .

Seems like the employees were more focused on cleaning and going home rather than taking care of the customers. I waited atleast 30 minutes and there were only 2 people in line.
